“We have a huddle space”. A buzz word that has become popular within the modern office environment both old and new.
A modern twist on the traditional work space, allowing employees to collaborate or conduct an informal meeting on the fly. Huddle spaces are becoming more apparent with every client I visit nowadays, and fast becoming a preferred casual way of working.
“What can we do (Audio Visual) in such a small space?”. This is the main topic of conversation when it comes to designing a solution for this type of space. Audio Visual manufactures have accounted for the rise in huddle/ collaborative work areas, which has given rise to a number of great products available to accommodate for this requirement.
These products have been specifically designed with an intended view to be less intrusive within a small space but without compromising on the capability or technology.
If you would like to further explore any or these products or see them in action. You can contact Lumia Audio Visual on 023 92 356748 or email firstname.lastname@example.org

The Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 is the perfect smart hub for group collaboration that transforms the iconic three-point conference phone into a voice – video and content sharing system that can fit into any team environment – large or small.
3. Logitech Meet-up
Logitech offers the best in simple, and yet brilliant Videoconferencing for huddle rooms and large conference rooms. The MeetUp is designed for small conference rooms and huddle rooms. Stop crowding around laptops. With advanced optics and a wide 120º field of view, MeetUp makes every seat at the table clearly visible. 4. Evoko Liso
Since 2010, Evoko Room Manager has taken the hassle out of room bookings. This was the original touch-screen solution for all your meeting rooms. No more double bookings, confusion and interrupted meetings. Even brighter and lovelier to look at, believe it or not.
5. Wireless Presentation
Kramer ViaGo, Extron Sharelink, Barco clickshare, WePresent; Wireless sharing devices alleviate the headache of fumbling for cables and adapters by providing simple onscreen instructions for effortless presentation of a laptop, tablet, or smartphone to the screen in the huddle room. As long as you’re connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the wireless gateway, you can be share anything in a matter of seconds onto the screen. Many of these devices also allow multiple screen sharing, so you can review different pieces of content at the same time instead of just a 1:1 presentation to presenter meeting format. Wireless devices also reduce the need for additional furniture connectivity, cabling, and infrastructure traditionally needed to support AV connectivity.
